Start anywhere

Your business does not need to fit a software template.

VisePitch changes the questions, evidence expectations, and reading path to match your stage and industry.

One plan, four reading depths

Designed for the investor decision sequence.

A fast scan leads into the narrative, then evidence and diligence—without forcing every reader through every detail.

Stage-aware by design

The same investor logic. Different burdens of proof.

An idea should not be asked to fake retention. An operating company should not substitute activity for economics.

What to prove

Show insight and learning speed.

  • Problem and customer evidence
  • Founder insight and unfair access
  • Prototype or service blueprint
  • Validation plan and kill criteria

From material to living plan

Conversion is diagnosis, not decoration.

A document becomes useful when its claims, numbers, assumptions, risks, and sources survive the transformation.

01

Collect

Idea notes, interviews, documents, decks, tables, screenshots, and links.

02

Extract

Claims, metrics, dates, sources, assumptions, risks, people, and milestones.

03

Diagnose

Missing coverage, conflicting numbers, stale evidence, and stage mismatch.

04

Clarify

The Copilot asks one high-impact question at a time.

05

Compose

Create the investor scan, guided narrative, and evidence layer.

06

Review & deploy

Approve the diff and visibility, then deploy to your-project.visepitch.space in one click (planned).

Investor coverage model

A mature BP answers the whole investment question.

The order adapts to your strongest signal. Coverage does not disappear.

01

Purpose

For whom, what outcome, and through what distinct method?

02

Problem

What costly situation exists, and how is it handled today?

03

Solution

How does the product or service change that situation?

04

Why now

Which behavioral, cost, policy, or technology shift matters?

05

Customer & market

Who uses, pays, approves, and can realistically be reached?

06

Business model

Who pays for what value, at what margin and frequency?

07

Go-to-market

How will the business find, convert, and retain customers?

08

Competition

What else can the customer choose—including doing nothing?

09

Traction

Which external behavior shows learning, demand, or operating quality?

10

Team

Why can this team win, and where are the capability gaps?

11

Financials

Which drivers, scenarios, and cash constraints shape the plan?

12

Ask

How much capital unlocks which measurable milestones?

Sources, assumptions, risks, projections, update history, and appendix run across every module.

Update our monthly revenue to $42,000.

VisePitch

I found three affected areas: Traction, Financials, and Fundraising Ask. Before I propose a change: is $42,000 recognized revenue, booked revenue, or cash collected—and for which month and currency?

3 sections affected · 0 changes applied
01

Source-bound

Every material claim keeps its state, source, date, and owner.

02

Diff-first

You see affected sections and proposed edits before anything changes.

03

Human-confirmed

The founder approves facts, projections, and public visibility.

04

Reversible

Every applied change creates a versioned update that can be rolled back.

Why web-native

One current link. More than one way to understand it.

01

Scenario controls

Let readers test market, financial, or milestone assumptions without confusing them with actuals.

02

Evidence drawers

Keep the main story readable while sources, definitions, dates, and limitations remain one click away.

03

Role-aware paths

Offer a fast investor scan, a founder editing view, and a deeper diligence handoff from the same facts.

04

Change history

Show what changed, why it changed, and which sections a new fact affected.

05

Snapshot continuity

Keep printable PDF snapshots and data-room links compatible with existing investment workflows.

06

Responsive access

Make the business understandable on a phone, in a meeting, or during a deeper desktop review.

07

One-click deployment · Planned

Publish an approved plan to your-project.visepitch.space, with a stable project URL that can keep updating.

Founder stays in control

Persuasive does not have to mean ungrounded.

External evidence

A first-party or authoritative outside source

Internal evidence

Original business data confirmed by an owner

Founder-stated

Explicitly stated but not independently verified

Assumption

A model input, not an achieved result

Projection

A future output generated from visible assumptions

Planned

A future product, hire, partnership, or milestone

Built for real business moments

Not limited to code startups—or to fundraising day.

01

Raise a first round

Turn insight, validation, milestones, and a precise ask into one self-serve investor experience.

02

Convert an existing plan

Move a written BP or deck to the web without losing numbers, sources, or caveats.

03

Explain an operating business

Show economics, locations, inventory, customers, capacity, or services with industry-relevant evidence.

04

Prepare a partnership

Adapt the same business truth for strategic partners, lenders, advisors, or board readers.

Questions

Clear scope before access.

Is VisePitch available as a working BP builder today?

Not yet. This release is a polished product homepage and scripted interaction preview. The creation workspace, import pipeline, AI editing, accounts, and publishing are represented as Early Access.

Is this only for software or AI companies?

No. The product direction is industry-agnostic. Stage and industry should change the questions and evidence—for example location economics in food retail, capacity and yield in manufacturing, or utilization in services.

Can I convert a Word plan, PDF, or presentation?

That is a core planned workflow. The goal is not a cosmetic conversion: VisePitch should preserve claims, numbers, units, sources, assumptions, and footnotes while identifying conflicts and missing coverage.

Will the Copilot invent market data or traction?

It must not. The intended workflow keeps facts, founder statements, assumptions, projections, and planned items distinct; material edits require source checks, a diff preview, and human confirmation.

Does VisePitch guarantee fundraising success or compliance?

No. It does not guarantee investment, valuation, diligence outcomes, or legal compliance, and it is not investment, legal, tax, or accounting advice.
